Although many competitors have emerged since, no one can deny that the Steam Deck remains the undisputed benchmark for portable PC gaming \ud83d\udcbb. Think you can only play Steam games? Wrong! \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n<aside class=\"hawk-base\" data-block-type=\"embed\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\"><\/aside>\n<p>You can enjoy much more than just Steam games on your Steam Deck, but you&#039;ll need to put in a little effort. With <strong>Heroic Games Launcher<\/strong> \u2014which I used in a recent <u>Linux gaming project<\/u>\u2014 You can access your GoG, Amazon, and Epic Games libraries. Remember those free games we used to save and barely play? Now you can carry them all while commuting, relaxing in bed, or playing with friends. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<h2>How to install the Heroic Games Launcher on your Steam Deck<\/h2>\n<p>My goal with this project is to integrate the Heroic Games Launcher into my Steam library so I can enjoy all my games comfortably from my couch.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 1: Switch to desktop mode<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Press the Steam button and select \u201cSwitch to Desktop\u201d from the power menu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"van-image-figure inline-layout\" data-bordeaux-image-check=\"\">  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mastertrend.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1750851540_736_Como-agregar-juegos-que-no-son-de-Steam-a-tu.jpg\" alt=\"Heroic Launcher interface on Steam Deck showing desktop mode\" data-pin-media=\"https:\/\/mastertrend.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1750851540_736_Como-agregar-juegos-que-no-son-de-Steam-a-tu.jpg\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<h3>Step 2: Open Discover and search for Heroic<\/h3>\n<p><strong>On desktop, click the Discover icon (fourth option from the left).
