7. On the right, click on Download your information. 📥

10. Choose Content in the Your Activity section on Instagram and click on Following. ➡️

11. Select the Data Range, Format and Media Quality. Once ready, click Create files. 🛠️

12. You will see a confirmation screen. Meta will send you an email when your files are ready to download. Then, follow the link to download your Instagram content. 📬✨

For reasons of security, Meta only gives you 4 days to download your information after receiving the email. ⏳
