Microsoft Store keeps disconnecting? 7 quick and easy tricks to avoid disconnections! 🚀

Lately, many Windows 11 users have reported issues with the Microsoft Store randomly discounting them, sometimes even during app installations. 😩

If you use the Microsoft Store to download apps and games but find yourself constantly being disconnected, this guide is for you. Below, we've shared some simple methods to fix the Microsoft Store kicking you out issue.

1. Restart your Windows 11 PC

Restart your computer

Operating system errors and bugs can prevent the Microsoft Store app from working properly. 🔄

You can clear these errors by restarting your computer. To do so, simply click the Windows 11 Start button and select the power menu.

In the power menu options, select Restart. This will restart your Windows 11 PC; after the restart, check if the Microsoft Store app is still disconnecting you.

2. Check for Microsoft account issues

If the Microsoft account you're using in Windows 11 isn't verified or is missing important information, you'll experience issues using most Microsoft apps and services. ⚠️

To resolve this, check your account-related issues and make sure your Microsoft account is verified. Also, change your Microsoft account password to rule out potential security concerns.

To manage your Microsoft account, visit this Web page and choose the appropriate option.

Like any other Windows app, the Microsoft Store app also caches your device for faster access. 🔍

If this cache file is corrupted, certain Microsoft Store features may stop working. You may also experience random disconnections; therefore, you can fix this by clearing the Microsoft Store cache in Windows 11.
